Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Products All VAYZE WEAR products are made to order via print-on-demand production. Minor variations in print placement or colour may occur. We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a pricing error has occurred, with a full refund issued.

Order Accuracy Please review your order carefully before completing checkout — including size, design, and shipping address. As items are made to order, changes cannot be made once production has commenced.

Intellectual Property All site content, branding, and product designs are the property of VAYZE WEAR and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, VAYZE WEAR's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the ACL.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
