Shipping policy
Production Time All VAYZE products are made to order. Once you place your order, it enters production with our fulfilment partner. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is dispatched.
Delivery Estimates After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- USA / Canada / UK / Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 14–25 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Please plan accordingly, especially for gifts or time-sensitive orders.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. VAYZE WEAR has no control over these charges.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@vayze.com.au and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner. Note that delays can occur during peak periods or due to customs processing.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. VAYZE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
